I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to make my experience special. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a fantastic selection that catered to all preferences. The personnel treated us like family, ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after during our meal times. However, the facilities could use some improvement, as they weren’t as modern as I expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amazing dining experience.

My experience at ITC Fortune Sector 27 was delightful, with a luxurious atmosphere and exceptional service. The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. Although the swimming pool was out of service during my visit, the management assured us it would be fixed shortly. The dining options were excellent; however, there were fewer sweet dish options compared to the rest of the buffet.
